How does WDsystem? work?

1. Customers check details and room rates on your website
2. They fill in the check-in date in the WDsystem? reservation box
3. They select the type of accommodation
4. They fill in the personal information
5. They fill in their credit card details
6. WDsystem? provides booking confirmation to both hotels and customers

As each booking is confirmed, the system automatically sends a confirmation email to the customer, the hotel and the WDsystem? Office. To access the customer's credit card details, the hotel needs to log in to WDsystem? website (www.wd-system.com or www.widediscovery.com)

Initially, the booked room is reserved immediately for the customer by the system. The customer will be automatically informed: "Your accommodation has been reserved for you, but the booking will be complete when the payment transaction has been conducted. Then, you will be given a hotel voucher as a final booking reconfirmation." This is to avoid mock bookings and use of fake credit cards.
